What Makes Us Different

Litigating family law issues can be extremely stressful and very expensive.  With the help of Attorney Linda L. Kowalczyk, your issues can be resolved in a fraction of the time it takes to litigate, and for a fraction of the cost.  Mediation is not an adversarial proceeding and lawyers are not involved.  Linda, as the mediator, will act as a neutral third-party and will guide you through the process for you and your partner to reach a resolution that is agreeable to both of you.  Linda will mediate all of your family law issues.  This includes before a divorce and after a divorce is finalized.  Even if you and your partner never married, Linda will help you to reach an agreement with respect to paternity, custody, parenting time, and child support matters. Virtually any unresolved family law issue can be mediated with Linda's help.

What We Offer

Linda will act as a neutral third-party to mediate your family law matter.  Linda, although a licensed attorney, will not provide legal advice.  However, once an agreement is reached, Linda will prepare binding, legal documents embodying your agreement.  These documents will be signed by the parties and can be presented to the court.  Once the judge signs the documents, your family law matter will be concluded and you will be free to move forward with your life without the stress and expense of a pending unresolved legal matter.  The fee for mediation and related services is a flat fee of $800.00, per couple, and is due at the time of mediation.
